Hello, all evidence must be presented in video form. The video must follow the following criteria:

Record the full game screen (Aurera-Global).

Be completely clear and sharp, so there is no confusion when reading names or actions.

Preferably recorded directly the computer; you may use the native Windows 10 recorder or another program of your choice (PowerRec is recommended).

During the video, keep the HELP Channel open whenever possible so it can be verified that the footage is the Aurera-Global server.
